Elmira’s Rome Clientel is gearing up to release the final chapter of his Empire trilogy: The Empire 3: The Coronation. He is now releasing the lead single, “Bang Bang (The Elmira Anthem).” The beat is produced by The Militia. Along with the single, Rome has dropped an accompanying video, directed by Brandon Cooklin.
