Jay-Z’s American Gangster is one of my favorite albums from him. Jay-Z’s concept album centered around the 2007 movie was refreshing to hear and it was welcoming to hear him put out some less commercial sounding work. Today, 9th Wonder took it upon himself to remix the album adding his spin to it. I wish there was a stream I could put up so I can hear it but it’s not so I’ll have to wait until later.
