Jasiri X – 10 Frisk Commandments

July 19, 2012 by deadendhiphop

Check this song out from political activist and rapper Jasiri X on the New York City Police Department’s controversial stop-and-frisk practice as he flips Biggie’s “10 Crack Commandments” into a song with a little bit more purpose. Out of 685,724 stop-and-frisk stops, 87% percent of those stopped in 2011 were black or Latino. What the hell?! Anyway, it’s good someone speaking out on this issue and I sure wish more artist use their voice for more than selling maybachs, chains, shoes, and liquor. For more info, hit up www.10friskcommandments.com.
