Dilated Peoples hip-hop artist Evidence has returned with his third solo album “Weather Or Not” and my friends I’ve been waiting a minute for this. Now when his sophomore album “Cats & Dogs” came out I could’ve sworn Ev mentioned straying away from the Weather theme in his music. However, I couldn’t be happier that we get one more album pertaining to the theme.
“Weather Or Not” has Evidence, being personal but still cutting throats with his “slow flow” rhyme style. Just like in “Cats & Dogs” Evidence has a star-studded list of producers and guests on this album. Slug, Styles P, Rapsody, Defari, Khrysis and many many more permeate Evidence’s “Weather Or Not”.
