Devine Carama – Lake Full of Regrets (ft. River Greene & Deven Roberts) [produced by Obvious]

September 28, 2016 by deadendhiphop

Devine Carama is back with new music. “Lake Full of Regrets” featuring River Greene (rhymes) and Deven Roberts (vocals) is the first single off his upcoming album Kingtucky. The song is produced by Obvious.

Devine Carama’s Thoughts

“The entire song is a loose metaphor on how our regrets in life can drowned us if we are not careful. The vindictiveness and self loathing of not forgiving ourselves and others for our mistakes will ultimately lead to our own demise if we don’t learn to let go of those mistakes and become better for them. Definitely one of the most personal songs on Kingtucky and one of the more reflective songs I’ve ever written. This album is very boom bap so this track gives it a nice change of pace.”
