Android No. 23: “Adverse” EP [Album Stream]

June 23, 2018 by Michael Stover

The DMV has always been an underrated powerhouse in hip-hop fueled by young artists looking to express themselves. One thing I will say about the DMV is their more likely to collaborate within they’re own camps than most places it seems. Anyway today I have an EP from Baltimore’s Android No. 23 entitled “Adverse”.

Off top let it be known that Android No. 23 produced a decent amount of the cuts on this EP. Five tracks deep, Android No. 23 touches on a number of sounds, giving us music for the whip, music for our feels and he makes sure to give us a dose of hope before closing the project. Android No. 23 can demand the mic lyrically, however he’s also aware that there are other ways to get his point across with tracks like “In The Shadows” taking a more somber approach. You can check out the “Adverse” EP below, we’ll be interviewing Android No. 23 soon.
