Action Bronson is a big man with some big news. On July 27, he announced that his new album Blue Chips 7000 will be hitting virtual stores on August 25th. Specifically, the iTunes kind of store, so check out the pre-order link if you’re interested. In celebration of this momentous occasion, Action Bronson released a new music video for “The Chairman’s Intent.” The video is very solid, as is the song. The vintage video style, the impeccable acting capabilities of Bronson, and the masterful fight choreography are all worth seeing. Well done to the team and to the director Rik Cordero. Look at it.
Bronson’s most recent studio album was Mr. Wonderful which was released in 2015, but the real reason this is so exciting is that 7000 is the follow up to Blue Chips 2 from 2013. That’s right. We’re looking at a trilogy years in the making. The countdown to August 25th begins.
