Phlow, who has been featured on DEHH more than a couple of times is back with a new collaboration record titled “6 Shots”. The record is a group effort as she brings in fellow rapper Cyclone and singer Khandie for the perfect assist. The record is pretty much a test of lyrical skill as both emcees go back and forth with a barrage of verbal assaults against the naysayers and unbelievers. Teaming up with her usual collaborator Teck-Zilla who crafts a hard-hitting trap infused backdrop for the ladies to flex their lyrical biceps with reckless abandon while Khandie delivers a smoothed out hook for the fun of it.
6 Shots is a joint project featuring Nigerian emcees, Phlow & Cyclone. It was put together by the Str8Buttah productions in-house producer Teck-Zilla who teamed up with the rappers for 3 hard hitting tracks that boast high energetic performance/ in your face lyrics from Phlow and Cyclone. The project aims to showcase pure, unbridled lyrical dexterity by the ladies who hold down the fort on all tracks.
The first single and title track “6 shots” flips Nigerian pop star Davido’s 2013 hit “Skelewu” into a trap banger that will get heads bopping along to the groove and Khandie’s mellow chorus. Cyclone and Phlow both deliver powerful verses stating their claim in the male-dominated industry and the duo go ahead and solidify their stance at the end of the song with a tag-team verse introducing the listener to 6 shots.
