L’Orange: “The Ordinary Man” [Album Announcement + Single]

I’ve said once and I’ll continue saying it til I die, Mello Music Group is one of the best labels out in this generation. They’ve preserved hip-hop, they’ve introduced this generation to a bevy of genuine, honest, hip-hop. Yesterday the label announced the return of L’Orange, who had been on the sidelines dealing with hearing loss and multiple surgeries.

He’s returned with his new album “The Ordinary Man” now if you’re new to L’Orange there’s always more going on with his music than just beats and rhymes. “The Ordinary Man” is “a concept album about a superstar magician disillusioned with the world that made his greatness”. Today I have the first single from the album entitled “Look Around” and it features none other than Oddisee. Apparently this is the first time the duo has collaborated and I don’t know what else to say besides that we NEED more Oddisee and L’Orange in the future. You can check out the joint below and if you’re feeling it you can pre-order “The Ordinary Man” HERE.
