Legendary Engineer, Nastee (50 Cent, Big Pun, Just Blaze) Drops ‘The Resume’ Mixtape

March 27, 2012 by deadendhiphop

From 1996 to 2000 Nastee was the head engineer at The Cutting Room in NYC and witnessed quite a few classic moments in hip-hop history. He had the pleasure of working with everyone from Mobb Deep to Wu-Tang and Black Star to The Roots. He was the first to hear Prodigy say “I put my life time in-between the paper’s lines” and watched a few incredible beatsmiths, including Alchemist and Just Blaze have their records in played in rotation all over the world. For The Resume, Nastee puts together a mixtape of a sample of the work that he’s done during his time spent at The Cutting Room and it only costs an email. Enter your email in the widget to receive a free download and be sure to check out the trailer below.
