Kev Rodgers On Producing For Jaden Smith, A3C & What’s To Come [Audio Interview]

Today I’m here to debut a brand new series on Dead End Hip Hop called sto & the last interviews where I get a chance to sit down and interview artists, producers, deejays, writers and more on their stories, experiences in hip-hop. The idea is to bring back the essence of natural interviews, you’ll hear the environment around us, the people who dap us up, city sounds and more.

For the first episode of “sto & the last interviews” I caught up with Jersey hip-hop artist Kev Rodgers. Back in December I had the chance to fly out to New York City to support my friends in their business venture in Music In Motion. In honor of that, the CEO Sophie Jackson and others threw a showcase to celebrate. Performers included Kev Rodgers, Jay Prezi, Chase N Cashe and others. I interviewed the Jersey standout after his performance to talk about his career so far, producing for Jaden Smith, A3C and much more. You can peep the interview below and download it for your pleasure. Keep it locked here as we’ll be interviewing plenty of pillars in hip-hop as the year continues.
