I know I have heard that “intro” sample…Apollo Brown? Yup. Track 9 on Dice Game, “Lose You.” Can’t blame PAYOZO though. It’s a damn good sample, and that’s part of the joy of hip hop. People can flip samples different ways and multiple iterations can still sound great.
