Charmingly Ghetto – No Lime [Freestyle]

As Charmingly Ghetto gets ready to announce his next project with the summer nearing, he was invited to perform live on WERS’ airwaves in Boston during their “Live Music Week” fund raiser.

“No Lime” is a freestyle over Common’s “Resurrection (Remix)” instrumental, produced by Large Professor. The live footage captures C.G.’s ability to weave complex flows, as well as a certain hunger as he rips through the instrumental for four minutes straight.

This freestyle will appear on one of C.G.’s forthcoming mixtape releases, in collaborations with a prominent producer/DJ in today’s world of hip-hop.
