B. Well: “The Hills” [Album Stream]

January 31, 2018 by Michael Stover

On the eve what’s anticipated to be another sold out show in the heart of downtown Des Moines, emcee B. Well plans on releasing his 2 nd album The Hills. The Hills is 12-track full length album that serves as the follow up to his critically acclaimed debut, The Heights. The Hills features Mario Ambrose, Lakyn, Sqvce and fellow Highzmen Records artists Apollo Spacey and Taylor King . Sonically shaped to make you move B. Well delivers conscious, personal content you can dance to.

The Hills carries a late 90’s party bounce throughout, but encompasses a variety of sounds within those confines. B. Well has reached unprecedented heights in the Des Moines hip hop scene, but in light of all his accomplishments in the past year B is most proud of his personal growth as a friend and the brotherhood he’s developed with his label-mates. Those interpersonal relationships between brothers and his girlfriend serve as the source of B. Well’s creative inspiration and refreshingly genuine take on life that is reflected in his music. Highzmen Records is more family than music collective and further strengthening those bonds serves as an unlimited fuel source for B. Well as well as providing relatable content.
