$aeed looks at the world via the “3rd Eye” (@saeed4music)

November 12, 2018 by Donnie

$aeed shares a poignant, reflective tale on his new song “3rd eye”. Over a mid-tempo, laid-back soundscape, the emcee/poet slowly draws the listener deep into his world as he paints very vivid pictures about the ins and outs of the ghetto. Far from glorifying any element from said environment, $aeed helps shed some light into many issues ranging from the challenges of street politics, envy, loyalty, friends and foes.

The visual which is directed by Lane Carvers bring the graphic lyrics to life with its true portrayal of life in the ‘hood. Very smooth and engaging aesthetics make for a solid viewing as $aeed’s poetic vision allows you to read between the lines while remaining abreast of societies ills.

“3rd eye” is the follow-up song/video to his previous single “James Worthy”.
